Monochrome photography is photography where each position on an image can record and show a different amount of light, but not a different hue. It includes all forms of black-and-white photography, which produce images containing tones of neutral grey ranging from black to white.

This is the result of one of the first tutorials I found on the internet that thought me something about Maya. The tutorial showed how to create NURBS Objects and manipulate them as well as change the shaders to be more interesting.

TIE-Intercreptor

The TIE-INTERCREPTOR was first seen in StarWars - Return of the Jedi. The geometric shape of the starship is ideal to learn basic 3D Modelling. You can start with a polygon sphere and then extrude more polygons to complete the shape.

BMW Z4 Rims

Lets get this rolling

BMW Z4 Rims

Initially I wanted to create an model of an BMW-Z4. Over hours of testing and experimenting drawing the curves to create the model the only thing that ever came together were the tire rims.

Technical Aspects The Model was created only using NURBS. Later it was converted to Polygons, however the conversion of the model did not work as expected and now you can see various polygonal Faces in the final Render.
